Cancellation Policy


We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and are happy to honor your business. However, a 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Since all services are by appointment only. All payments are non refundable and a major credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will be charged full price if 24 hour notice isn’t given. 
This applies for specials and discounted appointments also. 


Service Time

Your service will start promptly and if late you will receive the remained of the time allotted for the hands on portion of your service. ALL SERVICES ALLOW 10 MINUTES FOR INTAKE, UNDRESSING AND REDRESSING. 50 MINUTES HAND ON FOR A HOUR APPOINTMENT AND 80 MINUTES HANDS ON FOR A NINETY MINUTE APPOINTMENT.
