Thank you for your interest in booking with us. Before doing so, here are a few helpful yet informative things to keep in mind. 

  • All appointments are required to schedule on the half hour, (ex: 9:30,10:30)

  • ​To finalize appointment select “reserve without payment”.

  • Screen may appear blacked out but scroll to the top of page to secure appointment.

  • ALL clients are required to wear a mask when entering and for majority of service.

  • We are located inside of Whole Journey Wellness

Service Time

Your service will start promptly, and if late, you will receive the remaining time allotted for the hands-on portion of your service. ALL SERVICES ALLOT 10 MINUTES FOR INTAKE, UNDRESSING, AND REDRESSING—50 MINUTES HAND ON FOR A HOUR APPOINTMENT AND 80 MINUTES HANDS-ON FOR A NINETY-MINUTE APPOINTMENT.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life and are happy to honor your business. However,  a 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling a massage appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  Since all massage services are by appointment only.  All deposits are non refundable and a major credit card is required to hold your appointment. You will be charged full price if 24 hour notice isn’t given. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it will be canceled and cancellation fee will still be charged. This applies for specials and discounted appointments also.
